1. Free Cancellation
Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup and receive a full refund.
2. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are:
- Non-refundable
or
- Subject to partial refund at company discretion
3. No-Show Policy
If the customer:
- Does not appear at pickup location
- Cannot be contacted
- Provides incorrect details
The booking will be considered completed.
No refund will be issued.
4. Flight Delays
Refunds will not be issued due to flight delays, as transfers are automatically adjusted.
Flight will be monitored, client still need to try to inform us in case of delays
5. Service Disruption
Refunds may be issued if:
- Dodo Holidays cancels the service
- Operational failure occurs
- Vehicle unavailable and no alternative provided
6. Payment Refund Processing
Refunds:
- Are processed to the original payment method
- May take 5–14 business days depending on bank
